Shipping Policy

Please note your order is manufactured in the country of origin and sent by sea freight to your home. This will take longer, however we think that good things come to those with exceptional taste (like you!).

All the Ovens, Cabinets and Furniture on our The Vivid Terrace website include shipping to your address.
Please note this shipping is a kerbside delivery. If you would like us to deliver your item inside your premises and install/assemble and take away the packaging this is an extra cost of $500, please contact sam@thevividterrace.com.au to arrange.

Smaller items will have a freight component added at checkout. If you are ordering them as a part of a larger Charlie Oven or Charlie Cabinet order, don't worry, we will refund the extra freight and ensure your accessories (cooking trays, cushions, fire pokes etc) are securely packaged with your larger item.

Of course you are always welcome to pick up your order from our showroom in Brookvale NSW, or Robertson NSW.

Charlie Ovens

Your Charlie Ovens and Cabinets are made to order in England. If Charlie Oven UK does not have your colour in stock in England allow 3-4 weeks from the date of purchasing to manufacture your order.

If you are ordering a bespoke colour for your Charlie Oven please allow 3-4 weeks from the date of purchasing to manufacture your order.

Please allow for your oven to take 45 days sea freight.

Charlie Ovens and cabinets come fully assembled as a single unit on locking castors, ready to roll into place in your lovely outdoor space, across a flat, hard, weight-bearing surface.

Economy pallet delivery - the oven will be strapped to a pallet kerb-side outside the delivery address. Once your Charlie arrives in Australia we will advise how long it will take to reach your chosen delivery destination.

If you wish to specify the day and time for your delivery please contact Sam@thevividterrace.com.au and we will advise the extra charge if applicable.

For an additional $500 you can specify "installed delivery", where your item will be installed in your ground-floor outdoor space.

Wunder Furniture

If Wunder Furniture Belgium does not have your item or colour in stock in the warehouse in Belgium please allow 3-4 weeks from the date of purchasing to manufacture your order.
If you are ordering a bespoke colour for your Wunder please allow 3-4 weeks from the date of purchasing to manufacture your order.

Please allow for your purchase to take 45 days sea freight.

Some designs from Wunder come in one piece and do not need to be assembled, those items that do need assembly come with all the information/nuts and bolts required. For an extra fee we offer white collar delivery which means we come to your address and unpack and assemble your Wunder. This cost is dependent on the state you live in. Economy pallet delivery - Wunder Furniture comes securely packaged and will be delivered as a "kerb side" delivery at your address.

Once your Wunder arrives in Australia we will advise how long it will take to reach your chosen delivery destination.
