The Charlie Oven comes with two stainless steel heavy-duty cooking racks as standard. The grill rods are solid stainless steel and are strong enough to hold the weight of butcher's hooks to hang meat. The rods swivel. Additional racks will increase your cooking capacity, as the ovens can hold multiple shelves at the same time.
